You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are made to order and personalized, which means:

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins

Please note that slight variations in color or placement may occur due to screen settings and production processes. These are not considered defects.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Lost or Delivery Issues
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Orders marked as delivered but not received, or orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Refunds
